My professional fee is $150.00 for an individual and for a couple or adult family. These are fifty minute appointments.
The first appointment for the initial assessment is eighty minutes, and the fee is $190.00
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I am a Regence BlueCross BlueShield network provider. I am also on First Choice Health Network PPO. For most other insurance providers I am reimbursed as an our of network provider.
Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions of your insurance provider:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are not currently available.
Payment
Cash and checks are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not appear for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full fee.
